This is not the normal lunch or dinner you are custom when travelling. Hands on lunch is unique way to enjoy delicious lunch or dinner in the middle of nature. You will prepare the menu side by side with your guide. Starting from the wood shed where you will chop firewood to start the fire. After you have started the fire you can attach the salmon to the plank with wooden spikes. Salmon will take about one hour to be ready. During that time you can wonder in the forest and during season you could pick berries or mushrooms.
Food items are prepared before hand by the guide indoors for minimal prep work / chopping in the nature. The cooking process is done entirely in the nature with an open fire.

– Roasted potatoes with cream cheese filling (or freshly picked mushroom souse during fall mushroom season)

Price: 85 € per person (15yo+) Children (14 yo or under) accompanied by adult is free of charge. When making a reservation please let us know the amount of children. Price includes VAT.
